On Tuesday, July 7, 2026,  the Planning Commission reviewed General Plan 2045 and the Final Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for General Plan 2045, provided an opportunity for public input, and made a recommendation to the City Council to adopt General Plan 2045 and certify the Final EIR.
