Share your ideas on where the City should plan for jobs, services, entertainment, housing, and parks and open space through 2045. The City is kicking off the process to develop land use alternatives that will explore different possible futures for how and where to plan for future growth and conservation.  The City is currently seeking input to identify areas of the city that are most likely to experience land use changes over the next 20 years. These areas are referred to as “focus areas”. A focus area might have some or all of the following characteristics:

• Large areas of undeveloped or underutilized land
• Proximity to transit and other infrastructure
• Already starting to transition to new uses
